Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist

A growing product installation company in Houston is looking to hire an AR/AP to join their team!If you're a detail-oriented professional who enjoys a mix of accounting and human resources responsibilities, this opportunity could be a great fit. Responsibilities: Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including invoicing, collections, payment processing, and vendor transactions Reconcile customer accounts, vendor statements, and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software Assist with payroll support, employee benefits administration, and respond to employee questions regarding HR-related matters Coordinate new hire onboarding, maintain personnel records, and ensure the confidentiality of employee and financial information Prepare reports, support monthly accounting activities, and provide administrative assistance to the accounting and HR teams Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, employees, and management while supporting day-to-day office operations Requirements: Previous Accounts Receivable experience required; Accounts Payable preferred Experience with employee benefits administration or Human Resources is preferred Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software is preferred Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen Schedule:Monday – Friday7:30AM–4:30PM Pay Rate:$24 – $30/Hour (Depending on Experience) Location:Houston, TX 77055 ABOUT US: FirstOption Workforce Solutions exists to help people build better lives and we sincerely appreciate your interest in joining our team.
