Multi-Axis CNC Operator — Fanuc/Siemens/Okuma

Impact of the role

You’ll transform prints into finished parts by setting up machines, preparing tooling, verifying first-article quality, and running parts to spec. You’ll keep machines healthy with routine PM, maintain visual controls, and work with the team on countermeasures and continuous improvement.

Compensation and shifts

• Hourly range: $23.89 – $28.86 (commensurate with experience and shift)
• 1st shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Mon–Fri | $23.89 – $27.51/hr
• 2nd shift: 4:00 pm – 12:30 am, Mon–Fri | $25.24 – $28.86/hr

Core responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines; run production parts; perform routine preventive maintenance
• Inspect components, deburr, and complete manual operations as needed
• Preset and stage tools for upcoming jobs to reduce downtime
• Maintain visual management systems and documentation
• Contribute to problem-solving and support countermeasures

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of machining experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Proficient in CNC set-up and operation, including tool changes and in-process offset adjustments
• Blueprint reading with solid GD&T comprehension
• Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, Okuma, or comparable CNC controls
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work around noise, temperature variation, fumes, and chemicals
