Facilities Maintenance

• Up to $33/hour to start
• Hooksett, NH
• Monday - Friday (With some on call hours)
• First Shift - 8am - pm

Duties:

• Maintain grounds to company standards including Lawn care, edging the walkways and giving the grounds a manicured look as requested.
• Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on the lawn care equipment and tools
• Ability to work with suppliers and outside vendors on small projects
• Operate snow removal equipment during the winter to keep Auto parking lot, walkways and entrances of buildings cleared and safe. Salt treatments as needed.
• Basic maintenance and light repairs both interior and exterior as needed
• Assist different departments for maintenance requests
• Small carpentry, plumbing repairs, and painting as needed
• Responds to emergency maintenance issues as needed
• Other duties as assigned.
• Maintain Carwash as needed, including greasing unit and tunnel cleaning
