WHAT YOU’LL DO Manage daily administrative operations by maintaining records, coordinating schedules, and supporting office workflow. Assist with project coordination by organizing tasks, monitoring progress, and collaborating with internal teams to meet deadlines. Perform administrative and financial support duties, including recordkeeping, data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate documentation. Provide general operational support by resolving routine issues, improving processes, and contributing to efficient team operations. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in administrative and operational tasks. Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoice processing, payment tracking, financial recordkeeping, and reporting support. Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) for accounting support, data management, reporting, and daily business operations. Skilled in coordinating projects, maintaining records, tracking deadlines, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support efficient workflows. Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, improve processes, and work independently in a fast‑paced environment. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This position requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods, use a computer and standard office equipment, and occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 20 pounds.
