Working with us you will feel valued, challenged, and appreciated.Summary of Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for preparing designs, hydraulic analyses, structural analyses, cost estimates, scoping reports, inspection reports, structure size & type reports, and contract documents for new bridge projects, bridge rehabilitation projects, and bridge replacement projects.Recruitment of new talent and contribute to a positive company cultureDesired Skills and Experience Requirements0-6 years of professional work experience in transportation designBachelor of Science (BSCE) in Civil EngineeringIndiana Professional Engineer Licensure or ability to obtain one in four yearsPreferredWorking knowledge of INDOT Design Manual standards, specifications, and proceduresHave working knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3DBasic experience in programming, macros, or task automationStrong sense of organizationUSI Consultants is an equal opportunity employer.
