VP of Operations - ISP

Responsibilities: Own end-to-end operational performance across network operations, field operations, and customer operations Lead and scale NOC, field technicians, customer support, and operational leadership teams Ensure network uptime, SLA adherence, and consistent service delivery Build and optimize operational processes, KPIs, and performance metrics Drive operational readiness for network expansion and customer growth Partner with Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Executive Leadership to align operations with business goals Oversee vendor management, contractors, and outsourced operational partners Manage operational budgets, cost controls, and efficiency initiatives Implement and improve operational systems, tools, and reporting frameworks Establish a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus Skills / Must Have: Senior operations leadership experience within an ISP, telecom, or broadband environment Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams (NOC, field, customer operations) Strong understanding of ISP service delivery, network operations, and operational KPIs Experience scaling operations in a growth or build-out environment Commercially minded with strong budgeting and cost-management capability Data-driven decision maker with experience using operational dashboards and metrics Comfortable operating at executive level while remaining hands-on where needed Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills Benefits: Executive-level role with direct impact on company performance Competitive compensation package Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Long-term growth and career progression opportunities Opportunity to help shape and scale a high-growth ISP Salary: Up to $180k base salary #J-18808-Ljbffr Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited
