Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized patient care in a Stepdown/Med Surg unit.
• Monitor and assess patients, administering medications and treatments as directed.
• Titrate medications such as Heparin, Insulin, and Cardizem according to protocols.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize RT equipment, including Cpap, BiPap, and high flow oxygen, effectively.
• Read and interpret telemetry strips, ensuring accurate monitoring at Ruby.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with submission readiness required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred).
• Experience in a Stepdown setting required.
• Ability to effectively manage and titrate drips.
• Familiarity with the EPIC charting system preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate in an acute care setting.
