Associate Attorney

Job Details Our team is seeking a litigation associate to handle commercial debt collection cases on behalf of medium to large creditors. Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year. About Us Our attorneys are experienced in representing creditors, collection agencies, financial institutions and insurance carriers in alternative dispute forums and state, federal and appellate courts. Represent our clients in court, particularly in appellate court matters. Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements. Collaborate with our team of attorneys to develop legal strategies and solutions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws and regulations related to our practice areas. Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing with the state Bar. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney, preferably in the areas of creditors, financial institutions, insurance, disputes, and appellate court matters. Exceptional legal writing skills. Proven experience representing clients in court, particularly in appellate court. Strong understanding of the financial industry and related legal issues.
