The Job:

Join the elite SONIC team as an Assistant General Manager, working alongside the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations. Be part of a fun, loving environment where you can develop your skills and provide guests with a SuperSONIC experience.

Responsibilities include:

Hiring, training, and supervising a team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest service
Ensuring guest satisfaction and fostering repeat customers
Providing clear expectations and feedback to drive performance
Maintaining food quality, labor management, and guest service standards
Upholding safety and sanitation regulations

What You'll Need:

Outstanding leadership and communication skills
High standards for yourself and your team
Ability to stay positive and resilient under pressure
