We design, fabricate, and field‑erect water storage tanks for clients across the United States. Responsibilities Lead safety initiatives, conduct site safety inspections, ensure compliance with all company safety protocols, and train crews on safe work practices and industry standards. Supervise field crews to ensure safe and efficient execution of daily tasks. Direct, manage, and coordinate all aspects of project activities to achieve productivity and profitability goals. Stage job sites by coordinating deliveries, materials, equipment, and crew scheduling-including communication with yard foremen and vendors. Conduct and coordinate weld x-rays and quality checks in alignment with project specifications. Maintain accurate jobsite documentation including labor hours, safety audits, milestones, equipment usage, and manpower planning. Communicate daily with supervisors, engineers, clients, and inspectors to ensure smooth jobsite operations. Monitor site performance and report progress to senior management. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free work environment. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project performance and customer satisfaction. Conduct performance appraisals, enforce jobsite policies, and resolve crew-related issues. Provide regular updates to Senior Management and clients, including weekly reports as needed. Benefits & Pay Highly competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications Generous per diem for travel‑related work Opportunities for career advancement in a growing industry Comprehensive training and leadership development programs Eligibility for overtime pay and project‑based bonuses Work Environment Must maintain strict adherence to all safety procedures, including use of personal protective equipment (PPE), fall protection, and site‑specific safety protocols Frequent exposure to heights, loud noise, airborne particles, and outdoor elements (heat, cold, rain, wind) Must be willing and able to travel extensively, with flexibility for non‑traditional work hours including weekends Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs independently (100 lbs with assistance), climbing, kneeling, and working in confined or awkward spaces Ability to work safely in both hot and cold environments and in elevated positions Position Requirements Required Qualifications OSHA 30 Certification, or ability to complete within 30 days of employment High school diploma or GED required 7–10 years of experience in water tower construction and field operations Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills Experience with erection derricks, hoists, hydraulic pumps, and cable‑strand jacking systems NCCCO certification for telescopic boom cranes (TSS and TLL) Proficiency in welding with SMAW (6010 and 7018) and FCAW processes Ability to pass ASME Section IX weld tests in multiple positions Skilled in weld inspection, defect identification, and use of cutting/gouging tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications Reliable transportation and a strong willingness to travel nationwide This position is currently accepting applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr Phoenix Fabricators & Erectors, LLC
