Job Overview / Summary The Scheduler – Patient Services is responsible for coordinating clinical staff schedules to ensure timely and efficient patient care delivery. This role plays a critical part in maintaining regulatory compliance, optimizing workflow, and supporting both patients and clinical teams through effective communication and organization. Responsibilities Coordinate clinical employee schedules based on patient needs and prescribed care requirements Manage scheduling reports and communicate patient updates to appropriate staff Ensure timely initiation of care in compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with Account Executives and Clinical Supervisors to address patient needs Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation Perform duties in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and HIPAA regulations Primary Skills Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Organizational and time management abilities Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Secondary Skills (Good To Have) Knowledge of medical terminology or general healthcare background Experience in healthcare scheduling or patient coordination Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Additional education or certifications in healthcare administration (preferred) Benefits / Perks Opportunities for career advancement within a leading rehabilitation organization Supportive and collaborative work environment Meaningful role contributing to patient care and health outcomes Full-time position with potential for flexible scheduling Equal Opportunity Statement Pulivarthi Group is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
