You will support the therapeutic milieu under the direction of the RN by ensuring the schedule and program are consistently delivered, patients are supervised, safety is maintained, and all patients and guests are treated with respect and dignity. CPR and de‑escalation certification required within 30 days of hire. Previous experience in a psychiatric health‑care facility with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, or geriatric patients preferred. 1 year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
