Admissions Coordinator - Part Time Hondros College of Nursing Independence, OH

Hondros College of Nursing is hiring an Admissions Coordinator for the Independence Campus!

The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for:

• Serving as a student, faculty, and staff resource and ambassador for the college
• Providing professional, courteous, timely front/reception desk customer service to students, faculty, staff, and customers; referring students, faculty, staff, and customers to other college support services as needed
• Performing general office administrative duties such as filing, scanning documents, answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, processing book returns, issuing uniforms, and scheduling, organizing, and operating classrooms and campus-based spaces
• Completing student payment processes including taking payments, completing ledger corrections, and making bank deposits
• Creating and maintaining student academic files; ensuring all compliance requirements are met
• Creating and maintaining student academic documentation tracking
• Executing student cancellation reporting
• Partnering with the Registrar's Office to complete student file audits; ensuring that student files remain accurate and compliant
• Recording and maintaining student attendance records
• Coordinating and managing student IEP testing
• Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment
• Participating in new student orientation activities
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• A High School Diploma is required; Some college preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain security of confidential student records
