Position Overview Are you a motivated individual who thrives on helping others and finding creative financial solutions? As our Member Service Representative, you'll be the go‑to person for our members' financial needs, offering personalized solutions while adhering to our credit union’s policies and goals. Your Key Responsibilities Conduct engaging loan interviews and gather essential credit history to tailor financial solutions to our members’ needs. Assess loan applications by evaluating assets, liabilities, and credit experiences, and guide members through our loan procedures. Clearly communicate loan alternatives, credit criteria, and documentation to ensure members feel informed and confident. Cross‑sell additional credit union services and provide expert advice to enhance members’ financial well‑being. Process a range of financial services, including membership applications, checking accounts, IRAs, and more. Address member inquiries and resolve any issues, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations. Adhere to OFAC and Bank Secrecy Act requirements to maintain the highest standards of compliance. What We’re Looking For A high school diploma or GED combined with 1–3 years of related experience, or an equivalent mix of education and hands‑on experience. A current driver’s license.
