Global Software Implementation Manager

Eurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina

Eurofins seeks a Global Software Implementation Manager to lead enterprise LIMS and ELN deployments across multiple business units and regions. This strategic role combines program management, change leadership, and team oversight, with approximately 50% travel expected.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end LIMS and ELN implementation programs across global business areas
Establish governance frameworks, standards, and deployment best practices for implementations
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications
Lead and mentor implementation and training teams through program delivery
Direct change management and training initiatives to drive user adoption

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field
Minimum 5 years leading software implementations (LIMS, ELN, or ERP)
Minimum 2 years global program experience
People management and project management experience
Bioscience or laboratory background
Knowledge of regulated environments (CFR Part 11, GMP Annex 11)
Unrestricted U.S. work authorization
