Pay: $20-$25 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday

About the Role:

We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Administrative Assistant to support a busy office environment in Costa Mesa. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, managing front-office responsibilities, and providing administrative support to a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and manage a professional front-desk experience
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
• Schedule meetings and assist with calendar coordination
• Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document preparation
• Support internal teams with clerical and office tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment

Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of receptionist or administrative support experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized
