We're seeking a dynamic Sales Director to drive occupancy and build lasting relationships with residents and families in Sarasota, FL. The Jasper of Sarasota is an Assisted Living and Memory Care serving approximately 107 residents.

Job Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Drive occupancy by managing the full sales cycle from inquiry to move-in
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
• Build and maintain a robust referral network with local professionals and community partners

Relationship Building

• Build meaningful, trust-based relationships with prospective residents and their families
• Guide families through the decision-making process with empathy and honesty
• Partner with the Executive Director and leadership team to align sales strategy with community goals
• Lead community outreach events, tours, and local marketing initiatives
• Build the community's reputation and visibility within the local market
• Track and report on leads, conversions, and sales pipeline activity

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline with discipline and follow-through
• Flexible schedule with the ability to conduct tours and events as needed

Preferred

• Senior living, healthcare, or hospitality sales experience
• CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, Enquire, or similar platforms)
