The Sales Manager will manage a team of in-home Design Consultants in support of the company’s sales objectives. Responsibilities Develop and execute monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans including individual Design Consultants’ goals Hire, coach and performance monitoring of Design Consultants Conduct ride-a-longs to identify training and development opportunities Investigate lost sales opportunities and identify improvements. Responsible for executing a rehash program for appointments that are demoed but not sold. Establish and build relationships with key partners to support the training, growth and development of the market that will lead to its success Model high standards of integrity to create a culture that aligns with the company's core values Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma and equivalent years of sales management experience 5+ years' experience in an industry that sells directly to the individual consumer (No B2B), preferably in home sales. 3+ years' experience successfully leading sales teams in a similar environment Preferred Qualifications Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Exceptional customer relationship skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
