Pay Rate: $15.45 / Hour 21+ Years of AgeValid Driver's License Job Schedule: DayTimeWed10:00 PM - 06:00 AM How This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor ingress and egress activity, verify visitor and contractor access as directed, and report irregular conditions to appropriate personnel. Document patrols, incidents, and observations in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting requirements. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
