Job Description Growing Bariatric Program With Multiple Sites in Metro Atlanta is Seeking a Registered Dietician. Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year A bit about us: We specialize in providing general surgery and bariatric surgery to the residents of Atlanta and the surrounding areas. Integrates current evidence-based research into clinical practice. Serves as a liaison among the Medical Staff, Nursing Staff, and other Ancillary Departments. In this role, you will be traveling between Sandy Springs and Duluth and working with: You will be working with: A board-certified family and obesity medicine specialist with more than 15 years of experience. She provides specialized care for overweight and obese patients to combat the growing obesity pandemic, the leading cause of numerous illnesses and increasing healthcare costs. She uses a multidisciplinary approach to help her patients to get to their best weight. Some of these tools include nutrition, physical activity, behavioral modifications, medications, and surgery as needed. S he firmly believes in creating personalized plans for each of her patients to target her unique needs. Requirements: B.S. degree in Foods and Nutrition, and Dietetic Internship or equivalent training. Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association.
