The Assistant Office Manager supports a small office team of 1-5 people by coordinating office activities, managing schedules, and interacting with customers. Reporting directly to Executive Management, this role ensures smooth daily operations and occasionally requires travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate office activities and maintain an organized work environment
• Manage scheduling for the team and executive management
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer interaction
• Support administrative needs using Microsoft Excel
• Facilitate communication between team members and management
