The Assistant Office Manager supports a small office team of 1-5 people by coordinating office activities, managing schedules, and interacting with customers. Reporting directly to Executive Management, this role ensures smooth daily operations and occasionally requires travel.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and maintain an organized work environment
- Manage scheduling for the team and executive management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer interaction
- Support administrative needs using Microsoft Excel
- Facilitate communication between team members and management
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in office management
