This individual will be based in Itasca IL and will be responsible for adhering to safety standards, set up of the equipment, and following production schedule to meet customer needs./ppPrimary Responsibilities:/pulliSet-up and efficiently operate assembly/packaging equipment./liliProficient in operating one (1) piece of equipment./liliPerform all quality checks according to Manufacturing Inspection Instructions (MII) and quality specifications sheets./liliTrack, document quality checks and scrap for assigned equipment as required./liliFollow all prescribed safety/housekeeping practices and procedures./liliTrack machine downtime per shift./liliReport any maintenance related issues and collaborate with other departments to resolve them./liliWork with other team members and actively participate in team events and meetings./liliPerform other duties as assigned to support plant and customer needs./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliMust possess High School Diploma or GED./liliMust be able to work 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm with occasional overtime, no greater than 12 hours per day; occasional Saturdays may be required./lili6+ months of assembly manufacturing experience required./liliMust be able to perform basic math (adding and subtraction)./liliMust be able to recognize and identify parts, problems, and offer solution./liliMust be able to complete supplemental training (i.e. technical math, basic computer skills, basic measuring skills, etc.)/liliMust be able to speak, write and understand English./li/ulpWe do not accept unsolicited resumes.
