Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | 12-Hour Shifts | Day/Evening/Night Rotation | 36 Hours per Week | Every 3rd Weekend as Needed | Every Other Holiday | On-Call: Once per Schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Perform surgical scrub duties across a broad range of surgical specialties in a high-volume, 22-room operating room staffed 24/7
• Provide intraoperative support for general, gynecologic, urologic, oral, otolaryngology, bariatric, orthopedic, neurologic, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, plastic, podiatric, robotic, pediatric, trauma, and spine surgeries
• Demonstrate competency in at least 5 of the listed surgical services
• Respond to trauma cases in a Level 1 trauma environment
• Float to other OR campuses as needed
• Maintain a positive attitude, flexibility, and excellent communication skills throughout all assignments

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of inpatient surgical experience required
• Level 1 trauma experience required
• Active NBSTSA certification required (no other surgical tech certification accepted)
• Current BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience across multiple surgical specialties, particularly robotics, cardiac, or neurosurgery
• Prior experience in a large academic or teaching hospital environment
