Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
The UPMC Hamot Medical Center is a regional tertiary-care medical facility, referral hub, and Level II trauma center based in Erie, PA. Case Assignments & Schedule
Schedule: Work 73, 24 hr. shifts per year and receive full compensation and benefits.
Ortho, neuro, general surgery, transplants, and OBGYN
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
Requirements
Current license as a registered professional nurse Prior CRNA experience Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
