Job title: Business Analysis Associate Duration: 12 Months Contract to Hire Location: Cleveland OH 44114 Pay Rate: $24.00 - $25.00 hourly on W2 Roles and Responsibilities The individual will contribute to support of incentive marketing offers Monitor incoming requests from Branches and Care Centers, then research and resolve Create and maintain Excel reports Schedule and lead meetings Import files to an application and verify results Process data and validate results Perform research to address payment disputes / communicate results Analyze data to identify trends The individual will spend a considerable amount of time on audits and validations. Attention to detail, focus on accuracy, and analytical/Investigative mindset is crucial. This position requires effective written and verbal communication skills and strong collaboration ability Must Have Technical Skills Attention to detail and analytical / investigative mindset Advanced skills in Excel Problem-solving ability Interpersonal skills / team player Very organized Outlook experience Workload management skills and flexibility to respond to urgent requests and/or changing priorities Flexible to accommodate a wide range of responsibilities Education/Certifications Bachelor's degree - Business related degree.
