Program Supervisor – Adult Services We are looking for a Program Supervisor for our Intensive Care Residential Homes in West Chester and Berwyn. The Program Supervisor will direct daily operations, ensuring quality services that meet therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of residents in accordance with Devereux Philosophy of Care, established procedures, standards of conduct, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Rate: $24.00 per hour. Responsibilities Supervise and mentor staff, oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage staff training and development, and maintain high quality programming and safety standards. Direct daily operation of assigned residential facility. Ensure quality services that meet therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of residents. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, center procedures, and best practices. Train and mentor staff and enforce policies and procedures. Implement crisis prevention/intervention, trauma‑informed care protocols. Qualifications At least 21 years of age. Valid driver's license. Bachelor's degree in human services or related field from an accredited program. Minimum of three (3) years of human services experience, including at least one (1) year of supervisory experience. Empathetic, team player, excellent written and verbal communication skills, energetic, creative, and knowledgeable of behavior management and positive reinforcement theories. Completion of eight days of new‑hire orientation required. Strong passion for working with individuals with special needs. Physical ability to walk, sit, stand, lift 75–100 lbs, perform repetitive hand movements; normal hearing and vision. Availability to use computers, office equipment, and occasionally drive company vehicles. Must meet 100% mastery of Safe and Positive Approaches.
