Lonestar Forklift is an integral entity of Leavitt Industrial Group. The Opportunity Lonestar Forklift is looking for a Rental Coordinator to join our team in Austin, Texas . In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating equipment rentals within an assigned territory. Essential Duties & Responsibilities As a Rental Coordinator for Lonestar, your key responsibilities will include: Manage internal and external rentals requests within a designated territory Partner with internal Service department employees to prioritize shop items Support Sales Representatives with current customers and manage key account relationships over the phone; ensure leads are captured and monitor fleet utilization Administer contracts and monitor billing of machinery on rentals Manage quoting and territory market changes Required Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies: 1 to 3 years of related work experience in a sales or a customer service environment Post-secondary education in business, sales, operations, or a related discipline Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with Microsoft CRM is an asset Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Self-starter with the ability to work effectively independently Benefits & Perks Lonestar Forklift is proud to offer competitive compensation and flexible benefits coverage for all eligible employees: Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental benefits for you and your dependents Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, and Long Term Disability – 100% employer paid Employee assistance programs 401K matching Company phone and laptop Ongoing professional development opportunities The base pay for this role is: $50,000 to $56,000 per year depending on experience, plus bonuses.
