Sr. Regional Manager - Multifamily

We're currently seeking a Senior Regional Manager to oversee a Raleigh-area portfolio of 10+ communities, including a mix of conventional and affordable housing. This is a true senior leadership seat with an Area Director reporting directly to you, full ownership of portfolio budgets and performance, and a geographically tight footprint within roughly 30 miles of Raleigh. The portfolio is stable overall with a few occupancy and delinquency opportunities, making this an ideal role for a communication-first operator who leads from the field, drives accountability, and delivers measurable results without walking into a full turnaround. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations and performance for a 10+ property multifamily portfolio in the Raleigh area Lead and develop multi-site leaders, including direct management of an Area Director Own portfolio financial performance including budgeting, NOI, P&L management, and variance review Partner with site teams to improve occupancy, collections, and resident experience through consistent execution Maintain strong operational rhythms through frequent site presence, structured follow-up, and proactive communication with senior leadership Qualifications 5+ years of experience at the Regional Manager level or above within multifamily operations Experience overseeing a multi-site portfolio comparable to 10+ communities (or a smaller number of larger assets) Current Raleigh-market knowledge and ability to work locally within the metro area (no relocation) Demonstrated ownership of budgets, NOI, and P&L accountability across a portfolio Experience leading managers with a structured, organized, communication-forward leadership style Total compensation range of $140,000 to $189,000 (base plus bonus potential), including top-end base of $160,000 and bonus potential around 18% High-visibility senior role with an established leadership structure and an Area Director reporting to you Geographically concentrated portfolio with a regional office in Raleigh and limited long-distance travel Structured onboarding with frequent leadership touchpoints and clear expectations during the first 90 days Full benefits package including all major insurance, 401k, and PTO #J-18808-Ljbffr Percy
