Sr. Software Developer

Sr. Software Developer Under limited supervision, design, develop, test and implement complex web and enterprise applications; responsible for full SDLC; understand business requirements, convert into functional requirements and validate feasibility; develop proof of concepts; lead effort estimation for project delivery using function point analysis; provide highly scalable, flexible and available solution architectures; analyze existing architectures, identify bottle necks and provide cost effective solutions; provide cloud-based solution architectures to migrate existing infrastructures and applications; deliver high and low-level architecture documentation; provide best practices, patterns and guidelines in designing various backend modules; coordinate the design of highly secured customer facing frontend applications using responsive design patterns and frameworks; create representations for functions and user interface; configure redirection rules; implement value add functionalities of new products; review and approve final work product before launch; build required software test scripts; perform code review and ensure compliance with standards; verify expected system behavior after deployment to QA; provide production support for ongoing issues; mentor/assist less experienced team members; and use: UNIX, Oracle, ATG, JBoss, Websphere, Spring, Struts, Putty, HP QC, RSA, Webservices, Java, J2EE, HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, VSS, Git and related tools. Minimum Qualifications Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree); Experience : Five (5) years of progressive experience as a Software Developer, Systems Analyst, Programmer, or in a related occupation; Other Requirements: Experience must include five (5) years of work with UNIX, Oracle, ATG, Webservices, Java and J2EE; must be willing to relocate.
