About This Role Custodiansare responsible formaintainingthe cleanliness of the client's facility, including, but not limited to, removing trash, vacuuming, mopping, dusting,cleaningand stocking restrooms and performing other various cleaning duties as assigned at the contracted site. Custodian Responsibilities Provide excellent service to our clients in the form of comprehensive, detailed cleaning and a friendly demeanor. Clean floors using various methods and equipment. Clean and sanitize touch points and surfaces. Restock and clean restrooms. Inform supervisor when inventory is low. Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor. Custodian Requirements Successfully pass a background check, fingerprinting, and a 10-panel drug screen. Able to use reasoning and judgment Able to apply math skills to various custodial tasks (i.e.how much cleaning solution needed for area being cleaned) Able to communicate in writing effectively Able to stand, walk, bend twist, knell at various times through theentire shift Able to lift and move, up to 40 pounds Authorized to work in the US – We UseeVerify Ohio Custodial Management is committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity and inclusion.
