Technical WriterOur client, a top tier IT Consulting firm, is looking for a qualified Technical Writer to join a Top-Tier Investment Bank.Essential Requirements and Responsibilities:· Candidates will need to be highly technical, preferably with previous experience working in an engineering function· Candidates will need to be able work directly with engineers and engineering leads to build out both external user, external engineering and internal engineering documentation· Candidates will need to be able to engage in technical explanations with engineers, understand sufficiently the content sufficiently to ask questions to flesh out explanations and understanding· Write documentation for non-technical business users, technical / engineers users using these products to build their own solutions and technical / engineers users who are working on / maintaining these product sets· Candidates will need to be able to play back their documentation during reviews with senior engineers and independently answer questions on the content they have produced as well as understand deeper dive discussions prompted by their documentation between the platform engineers and reviewers.· Technical architecture diagrams providing a view on the system· Technical architecture diagrams providing common integration and usage patterns for external engineering users· Technical diagrams providing details on the products internal construction for Core Engineering users who maintain the product· Sequence diagrams demonstrating the interactions between products/platforms and modules within the products / platforms· User documentation explaining how to setup up and configure the product· Engineering documentation explaining, including FAQs explaining how to set up and consume the products including common errors and common questions· Troubleshooting guides· Internal documentation explaining product organization, including details on source code repository layout and locations of source code for different modules within the platform
