Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; paraprofessional certification is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans and managing instructional activities
• Support individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts and accommodate diverse academic needs
• Aid in classroom management, creating a supportive and organized environment for all learners
• Help supervise students during non-classroom activities such as lunch, recess, or field trips
• Encourage and promote student participation, good behavior, and positive interactions
• Communicate effectively with teachers and provide updates on student progress or concerns
