Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist

Pediatric Psychiatry We are seeking a compassionate, board-certified/board-eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving the mental health and well‑being of children and adolescents. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaborative care in a supportive, family-centered environment. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside experienced clinicians committed to evidence-based, trauma-informed care. The selected candidate will be joining a team of two child and adolescent psychiatrists, a psychiatric and pediatric nurse practitioner, and a group of experienced psychologists. The psychiatry department is in an exciting state of growth with opportunity and support for pursuing one’s clinical interests. There is potential for involvement in a variety of roles including hospital consultation liaison, outpatient clinic, and collaboration with pediatric primary care. This position includes a highly competitive salary and robust benefit package, along with productivity and quality-based incentives. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical, interpersonal and communication skills and must be able to obtain an unrestricted Tennessee Medical License. This position has a potential opportunity for a faculty appointment with the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine – Knoxville, rank commensurate with experience.
