Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

Lactalis USA is currently hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in Buffalo, New York. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for providing support in an HR environment by managing the full life-cycle recruitment process. You will be responsible for ensuring the overall recruitment strategy attracts, recruits, and selects high-performing employees that drive the business forward.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage full life-cycle recruiting process from in-take to offer acceptance including job postings, sourcing, pre-screen, interview scheduling, and preparing and extending offers for Operations, Supply Chain, and related technical departments Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners to create a best in class hiring experience for internal partners and candidates. Create and manage comprehensive recruiting strategies, selection criteria, recruitment processes and procedures, and leveraging internal and external resources to hire top talent. Build and maintain an external talent pipeline; and maintain relationships with talent for future opportunities. Providing research and statistical information, collecting, preparing, and analyzing information to use as resources for Talent Acquisition. Lead relationships and strategic partnerships with target universities and colleges, driving on-campus initiatives, career fairs, and networking events.

WORK CONDITIONS

Occasional Travel to company sites or partner universities is required. Extended hours may be necessary depending on the project needs. To fulfill these responsibilities, tools such as a computer, phone or, and / or allowance(s) may be provided. To fulfill these responsibilities, a cell phone is required. QUALIFICATIONS

Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
