Position Community Association Manager Location: Miami Beach, FL Salary: $100,000 – $125,000+ / year Overview A luxury oceanfront condominium community in Miami Beach is seeking an experienced Community Association Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a 252-unit high-rise property. This is a highly visible leadership role overseeing staff, financial operations, resident relations, capital projects, and board communications during an exciting period of transition to self-management. The community is currently implementing new systems, navigating operational improvements, and preparing for several major capital improvement projects. What You’ll Do Oversee daily operations of a 252-unit luxury condominium high-rise Serve as the primary liaison between residents, staff, vendors, and the Board of Directors Manage association budgets, financial reporting, and operational performance Coordinate and oversee major capital improvement projects and special assessments Supervise on-site staff including the Assistant Manager, Finance Manager, Engineer, Maintenance Technicians, and Concierge team Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service providers Ensure compliance with governing documents, association policies, and applicable regulations Lead resident communications and support a high level of customer service Monitor building maintenance, preventative maintenance programs, and amenity operations Assist with operational improvements, system implementation, and process standardization Why You Matter This community is entering a critical stage of growth and operational transformation.
