As a Partners in Performance Senior Principal you will provide overall, on-site team leadership, usually across multiple teams on a single site. You will be passionate about providing support and coaching to client Business Improvement leaders and managers, ensuring consistency and that improvements are embedded. For select projects, support the design and management of capital projects, and build and execute energy transition plans.Candidates will be assessed for the role they applied for.
