Work Here!* Serves civil papers and criminal warrants as directed.* Patrols precinct to deter crime.* Assists public within scope of authority.* Secures and preserves crime scenes.* May work with traffic enforcement/traffic investigation.**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:*** High School Diploma/GED.* Basic TCOLE certification.* One-year job experience or two years of college (60 Credit Hours).* Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with the public.* Valid Texas drivers license.* Firearms proficiency.**SALARY RANGE:** Volunteer - No Salary**All full-time and part-time employees are members of the Texas County District Retirement System (TCDRS).
