Volunteer Reserve Deputy Constable - Constable, Pct. 3

Job Responsibilities Serves civil papers and criminal warrants as directed. Patrols precinct to deter crime. Assists public within scope of authority. Secures and preserves crime scenes. May work with traffic enforcement/traffic investigation. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma/GED. Basic TCOLE certification. One-year job experience or two years of college (60 Credit Hours). Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with the public. Valid Texas driver's license. Firearms proficiency. Salary Range Volunteer - No Salary All full-time and part-time employees are members of the Texas County District Retirement System (TCDRS).
