Senior Property Manager

Senior Property Manager needed for Boston Real Estate firm. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional tenant service while overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial and residential properties. This role serves as the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring maintenance requests, concerns, and emergencies are resolved promptly while maintaining strong tenant relationships. The Property Manager conducts regular property inspections, coordinates vendors and maintenance activities, manages prepares contracts and reports, and ensures properties remain well-maintained and tour-ready. Additionally, this position supports financial operations by reviewing invoices, and assisting with budgeting, while collaborating with accounting and senior leadership. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, 5-7 years of property management experience, strong knowledge of commercial building systems, excellent communication and customer service skills.
