ILS Network Manager

For over 50 years, MHMR has provided community-based services for youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), mental health conditions, and substance use disorders, as well as babies and young children with developmental delays. The ILS Network Manager oversees the coordination, quality assurance, and performance of Independent Living Skills (ILS) services across the network. This role collaborates with PASRR, the Network Director of Provider Services, and interdisciplinary teams to maintain regulatory compliance, continuity of care, and effective service delivery. The ILS Network Manager is accountable for staff performance, program outcomes, and overall ILS program operations. The role directly supervises the ILS Team Lead and ILS Habilitator, ensuring services comply with PASRR requirements, agency standards, and person-centered practices.
