*Your Role & Responsibilities*

As a Personal Injury Attorney with Sobo & Sobo, you will:

* Independently manage a caseload of personal injury matters, from intake through resolution, including trial.
* Handle all aspects of litigation, including depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and trial preparation.
* Represent clients at trial, advocating effectively to secure favorable outcomes.
* Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and prepare cases for negotiation or litigation.
* Collaborate with a team of legal professionals while maintaining strong client relationships.
* Demonstrate excellent analytical, communication, and case management skills.

*What We’re Looking For*

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

* A JD from an accredited law school.
* Active admission to practice law in the State of New Jersey and in good standing.
* Prior experience handling personal injury cases.
* Strong litigation skills, with the ability to independently manage cases through trial.
* A strong commitment to client advocacy and achieving meaningful outcomes for injured individuals.
