Director of Quality & Operational Excellence

Upside Innovations seeks a Director of Quality to lead and continuously improve our quality systems at the West Chester, OH headquarters. You will drive a formal preventive action program, oversee CAPA, and manage the Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001, including welding quality oversight and cost of quality metrics.
