Key Responsibilities Assign and track freight loads across multiple routes Maintain detailed dispatch documentation and operational records Communicate shipment updates, exceptions, or delays to drivers and internal teams Monitor delivery timelines and ensure workflow compliance Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose process improvements Collaborate with Oregon-based management for operational alignment Escalate operational conflicts as needed Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures Time management and multitasking skills Experience optional; full training provided Work Environment Hybrid and remote Oregon-based dispatch operations.
