Lateral Link is assisting a prestigious international law firm in Houston with an UNPOSTED search for a mid to senior-level Attorney for its Energy Transition Projects Group. This is a unique opportunity to work in a very busy and dynamic office providing guidance on a full spectrum of energy transactional work across the globe. The ideal candidate must have 2+ years of experience in energy transition and infrastructure project work. The role will include drafting and negotiating a broad range of infrastructure contracts, such as offtake, supply, procurement, and operating agreements, and construction agreements, across the energy transition sector (CCUS, hydrogen, renewable fuels, etc.). Candidates must have an active license to practice law, and a law degree from a top 25 law school with excellent academic credentials is highly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lateral Link
