HSM Manufacturing Quality Inspector

What You Will Do:

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished products for defects or deviations from specifications.
• Use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, tape measures, etc.) to verify dimensions and quality.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate quality issues or non-conformance to supervisors or appropriate departments.
• Assist with identifying recurring quality concerns and improvement opportunities.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but not required—training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written or verbal instructions.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure and other inspection tools.
• Basic math skills for measurements and recordkeeping.
• Effective communication skills for reporting quality issues.
