Lead Production Supervisor - Lean, Safety‑Driven Manufacturing
OLDCASTLE INFRASTRUCTURE, INC. in
Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is hiring a Production Supervisor for our Azusa, CA plant. You will lead a manufacturing team of 10–20 people, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and ensure adherence to policies and lean practices. You will report to plant leadership, coach staff, manage scheduling, and partner with Quality, Engineering and Maintenance to improve processes and reduce costs.
