About Us

Twin Maple Construction is a small residential construction company based in Gordonville, PA, serving our local area since 2014. We build and improve homes through framing, roofing, siding, decks, garages, additions, and other residential construction projects. We value hands-on teamwork and take pride in doing quality work for our customers.

What You'll Do as a Construction Laborer/Driver

• Drive our company truck and trailer safely to and from residential job sites.
• Load and secure tools, equipment, and construction materials for transport, then unload them at the job site.
• Assist our crew with framing, siding, roofing, decks, garages, additions, and other hands-on construction work.
• Operate hand and power tools safely while completing assigned construction tasks.
• Follow crew leader instructions and established job-site safety procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and help keep tools, materials, and work areas in order.
• Report to our Gordonville shop by 6:00 a.m. and participate in the crew's morning meeting before heading to the job site.

• Reliable & Punctual: Consistently show up on time, follow through on your responsibilities, and can be counted on by the crew.
• Hardworking & Teachable: Willing to put in the physical effort, take direction well, and learn new construction skills on the job.
• Experienced Driver: You have experience driving a truck and trailer, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record for the past three years.
• Construction-Ready: Construction, carpentry, framing, roofing, or siding experience is preferred, but we welcome entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and familiar with basic construction tools.
• Physically Capable & Safety-Minded: You can lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and take job-site and driving safety seriously.
• Positive Team Player: You bring a good attitude and enjoy working cooperatively as part of a close-knit construction crew.

REQUIREMENTS

• Construction, carpentry, framing, roofing, or siding experience is preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Truck driving experience
