Salary: $275,000 - $500,000 per year A bit about us: We are a growing full service law firm employing some of the best attorneys in the area. We are currently on the search for a Senior Associate / Partner – Corporate and Commercial Transactions to join our team with a proven background in M&A and Commercial Transactions! Why join us? - Admitted to NY Bar and licensed to practice
- 10+ years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, or a related practice area
- Book of business is a big plus but not required
