Housekeeper

We are currently seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team of professionals! Schedule Full Time (7:00am - 3:00pm) with alternating weekends Salary $17.00 - 18.00 per hour – based on experience Benefits Paid Holidays and Floating Holidays Aetna Health Plans, including Medical, Dental, and Vision Child Care Reimbursement Compassionate PTO Donation Program Flexible Scheduling Employee Assistance Program PTO Cash Out Program Retirement Plan – 401(k) with company match Housekeeper Responsibilities Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights Cleans public areas and resident’s apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture, and common areas Sweep and vacuum all assigned areas Performs all housekeeping duties, following a cleaning schedule and instructions as directed by supervisor Clean and/or polish all room furnishings, fixtures, ledges, heating/air conditioning units in resident rooms and all public areas Housekeeper Education & Experience One year experience in a similar environment such as a senior living community, nursing home or any healthcare field preferred Able to operate cleaning equipment including iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, and vacuums and have an understanding on cleaning chemicals and products required Must be able to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job required Company Overview Peregrine Senior Living is known for their innovative leadership in revolutionizing care for the elderly.
