Field Supervisor (Bi-Lingual CNA/HHA/DCW – Northern PA Region)Location: Towanda, PA (Field-Based Role) Coverage Area: Bradford, Sullivan, and Susquehanna Counties Compensation: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (Bi-weekly Pay + Mileage Reimbursement) Employment Type: Full Time – Hourly Reports To: Administrative Team – Familiar Roads Home HealthcarePosition OverviewFamiliar Roads Home Healthcare is seeking a Bi-Lingual Field Supervisor (English/Spanish) to oversee caregiver performance and provide field support across rural Northern Pennsylvania.This is a field-based position serving clients and caregivers in Bradford, Sullivan, and Susquehanna Counties. The supervisor may reside in any of these counties and must be willing to travel throughout the region.
